EdChoice Scholarships are applied to reduce your tuition before all other grants and scholarships. You will not be eligible for any parish or diocesan aid unless you first apply for a state-funded scholarship. As a preferred source of funding, these state scholarships will allow the parish to reallocate unused parish grant funds to other school and parish needs.
Every application submitted must be hand-signed. Please print out and submit a scanned copy of your application.

An application is required by the State of Ohio for each eligible student in order to receive the scholarship award.

Income verification is required to determine the scholarship amount awarded. It is only required the first year of application. Income verification will only be required in subsequent years if a family wishes to qualify for LIQ status and tuition balance write-off OR if a family’s income has decreased and the family would qualify for a higher level of scholarship award.
